Detection of Transplanted Cells
Detection of transplanted cells in transplantation studies
Allogeneic transplantation
For allogeneic transplants, XY chromosome FISH probes are used for detection of transplanted cells. Usually we detect Y-positive male donor cells.

Heterologous transplantation
Using our species specific FISH probes, we can detect transplanted cells in Heterologous transplants. FISH signals are big and bright, so that transplanted cells can be seen even in low magnification.
